Lendhub completed a total of 79 deals in 2024, a 92% increase compared to last year. This achievement reflects our robust lending capabilities and assurance to deliver for our clients, thanks to the hard work of our team and commitment to delivering tailored and reliable finance solutions.
We proudly lent a total of £85 million, 46% more than 2023, showcasing our strengthened market presence and unwavering support for brokers and borrowers alike. This growth highlights our ability to fund projects of all sizes while staying committed to delivering fast, flexible, and competitive financing solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
With these facilities we have proudly supported the development of over 400 residential units across England and Wales, with 70% located in Greater London, playing a key role in meeting the growing demand for housing across the UK.

From simplified access to product information to an intuitive design that ensures quick and seamless communication with our team, every element of the site has been tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
Recognition for Innovation at the Finance Professional Show
The Finance Professional Show at Olympia was a standout event for Lendhub in 2024, thanks to the hard work and creativity of our marketing team, Sav Procopiou (Marketing Manager) and Gabriel Garson Carvalho (Marketing Executive). Their efforts culminated in an award-winning experience that brought in over 70 new leads and secured us some valuable deals.
