You Role:

Our BDM team is constantly expanding in line with an increased intake of new business, and we require an ambitious, diligent individual to work alongside the team in providing a high level of expertise, commercial support and personal service to our clients and partners.

The role is based in the office, and your day to day will consist of the following:

  • Work alongside External BDMs to build and deliver the business plan for the region
  • Manage, develop and retain existing broker relationships
  • Provide the first point of contact for all inbound broker queries
  • Attend and contribute to sales and marketing meetings and implement new strategies
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and attend meetings for External BDMs
  • Arrange broker meetings for External BDMs and where required perform meetings yourself
  • Provide product feedback and identify the needs of brokers
  • Improve internal systems to ensure the smoothing running of the BDM team
  • Conduct presentations and promote our products to brokers
  • Attend and support with industry conferences/seminars, as requested
  • Constantly improving product and industry knowledge

About You:

The IBDM role is best suited to a highly motivated, articulate and passionate individual who excels whilst working within a fast-paced sales team. To be successful at Lendhub you will be entrepreneurial with a high regard to integrity, innovation, collaboration and passion in the workplace.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Previous experience of transacting bridging, refurbishment and development finance facilities, ideally at a specialist lender or a challenger bank
  • Capable of generating leads and maintaining strong and deep-rooted relationships with brokers
  • Always go above and beyond what is expected of you with both internal and external relationships
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office Suite and other programmes required to do the job efficiently
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship driven and results focused at the same time
  • Determined, strong and flexible work ethic
  • Not afraid to think laterally
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to succeed
