Large portfolio refinance
We were approached by an experienced property professional who required a large bridging loan to refinance their 15-property portfolio. Funds were required to exit their existing facility, with which they were experiencing issues. The securities included a number of HMOs and land with planning permission. The transaction was complex in nature given the number of short leasehold properties and legal intricacies, which required a pragmatic approach to be taken.
