We were approached by a direct borrower to assist with the purchase of a high-value property, located in the affluent borough of Kensington & Chelsea in London. They required a Heavy Refurbishment loan for the purchase and redevelopment of the mews house, pictured below. The works comprise a full refurbishment programme, the erection of a mansard roof, and a provision for a roof terrace on the newly created second floor. They will exit with the sale of the property.
