We assisted an experienced borrower with the purchase of a high-value property and the refinancing of a flat, both located in Kensington, West London. The works include a full strip out and renovation works with minor alterations to the current layout in order to reconfigure the property from a 1-bed into a 2-bed flat. They will exit with the sale of both properties.
